Geneva Solar

Geneva Solar is a 2.47-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic (PV) array system located at 2743 Route 6 in the Town of Geneva, New York. The Project occupies approximately 20.5 acres and consists of ground-mounted solar PV panels. Construction of the solar array system involves driving posts into the ground, mounting panels racks to the posts, inverters and several transformers sited on concrete pads, and an access road. The Project has received an interconnection study from New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) that confirms available capacity. The solar array system will be connected to the electric power grid via the 12kV kV three-phase distribution circuit, which feeds into the West Geneva Substation. The access road will be accessible via Preemption Road.
